At TRM Realtors, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our refund policy varies based on the type of service or transaction:
Refund Eligibility
- Booking Fees & Advance Payments: Non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
- Property Transactions:Refunds on transactions will be governed by the individual property agreements.
- Consultation Fees: Non-refundable once the consultation is completed.
Refund Process
If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval. Contact us at contact@trmrealtors.com with your refund request, including transaction details.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with our policy.
